Teen’s E-Bike Tragedy Sparks Safety Warning

A 13-year-old boy, Emiliano Munoz, lost his life after hitting a nearly invisible cable while riding his e-bike in Everett, WA. He was wearing a half-helmet. Skid marks on the ground indicate he attempted to stop before hitting the cable.
